if you go to the art section of bed bath and beyond, they have tons of pictures of the eiffel tower and french cafes, which are great for french themed rooms. lots of pink and black stuff work great, like my bed set, which i think actually came from bed bath and beyond as well. also, Ross has a lot of cute little decorations, including hat boxes and french jewlery stands.
