Water Temple Without Iron Boots

Confirmed that this trick works in Master Quest. But the water temple no longer having enemies makes the glitch that actually enables you to get anywhere in the temple (the one where the teketites hit you and you sink with Din's Fire) is not usable because there aren't any enemies in the main room of the Master Quest water temple. therefore you HAVE to get the iron boots, therefore this trick is useless.

No, this isn't Master Quest. I don't know whether or not this trick works in MQ.

@Cheeseoman It should, so long as you can still get the Golden Scale early in MQ, which I think you can.

Oh my god. I rate this above the cucco jump, simply because there's no way of telling if you're getting close or not. Do you have any pixels that you use to aim or anything? The movements in the video looks random, but then you do hit it on the first shot. :P

The most important thing is getting Link as low as possible. If you get low enough, the area you can shoot at is actually pretty large.

But you had to have the Golden scale to dive with the little "8" in the A-button?

Don't you need the super-grapple (I'm not sure it's the right name, cause I don't speak english) to access to the pond?

You can get there as a child and get the Golden Scale then using Prize Upgrade.

It's a glitch. Catch a fish that is large enough to get you the Heart-Piece (Forgot how big it has to be, I think it's 7), then face the guy who owns the pond, and hold Z+R. Holding Z+R, walk/swim directly to him and talk to him (Keep holding Z+R.) When he gives you the prize, it will be the Golden Scale.

Now I have a quesion, does anybody know if you can ever get that heart piece at a later time? Like, can you do the same thing as adult link and get it?

Really? I've gotten the Golden Scale and I never did anything special like that. It was just the last thing I got at that fishing pond.
