I think the change was only made in the iTunes version by Apple without permission. Hasbro said the edited scene won't be on the DVD which also means this version might stay on TV. The iTunes version is most likely a fake done by cheap actors which is why Rainbow sounds really off or rather that's my theory. There's not enough information to go around but I want everyone to stop overreacting. This whole issue is confusing in itself because of the lack of info.
