I went to Japan after the whole nuclear incident and got stopped in the street by some reporters from NHK (i think thats how you spell it) tv programme to have a small interview about what foreigners think about it etc

and if Im not scared etc to be here now

i just told them all western media loves a nice controversial subject and makes stuff up, and that I know from my knowledge of nuclear science and ppl in Japan that its ok in Tokyo

i use to go to tokyo every year but this last summer i went to seoul instead :)

Leon---The flashing red lights are a warning to aircraft. In the usa, the lights are on the top of the building.  But still a warning that your altitude is to low. PULL UP!!!
