@iannetta11, Well obviously, more people cared than the amount of views this video received in three years would imply. Now of course, govt will simply propose other, more wordy, lengthy bills with more carefully hidden provisions and clauses to continue their practices and perpetuate their wills upon and against the people.

Prohibit bills that may contain laws that don't correlate and/or connect with each other. For example; it would no longer be allowed that a bill that is for educational spending have a sub bill that would be about military spending. These two don't coincide. They shouldn't be voted on together.
