  • Forgive my quirky love of the subject again, but I think a great example of that kind of teamwork was actually the Constitutional Convention. The forefathers constantly fought with each other in that meeting and the result was the creation of the first free society in the world.

  • I think I get what you're saying. From my angle on it, I don't see the problem in teamwork or collaboraton. Those things do not really require freethought and individuality to be sacrificed, in fact they work better with them. Whereas us-vs.-them mobthink does. Good video.

  • yeah, I used to be a little negative about all group activity but I came to realize that bias was an over reaction to group-think. A team of people collaborating is a thing of power and beauty, and you can tell the difference by if free thought is part of it or not.
