I watched this video before and I was proud of you then for doing it, I am proud to view it again. You are an inspiration. I'm short and I didn't do well carrying the weight I gained so I started walking and moving around and I lost 20 or so pounds in about a year but that was for me and no one else because "I" was uncomfortable. Great video! You make some very good points...especially about how in this society it's okay for a man to be large, but unacceptable for a woman to be large. I think it's a masculinity/femininity issue... The larger the man (wether it be fat or muscle) the more dominant or what society cosiders "masculine" he is...and the same for women...the smaller, the more submissive, the more vulnerable, or what society has now unfortunatley labeled as "feminine"...
You know what really ticks me off though? Larger women sometimes are treated like a third gender. It's a pathetic state of affairs... Many of my friends are larger and just as beautiful as any other women if not moreso. /hugs. And I think the dominance thing is VERY true... We're almost programmed to think that way by the media. It's sick.
