It's like a 4 player Kirby Superstar. And wheelie rider can be stacked. Meaning the characters ride on each others backs on top of Kirby.

Damn, that looks good! It looks like it's using the Super Smash Bros. engine, because it looks just too good! It's an exact 3D clone of any of those 2D platforming Kirby games for GBA/DS

This game looks like Kirby Squeak Squad for Nintendo DS! Maybe they scrapped the whole project for game cube and moved it to the Nintendo DS instead.
