not lost a step. lost a great fullback who was replaced by a rookie. also, with rivers progressed, who can now be considered as a top rated quarterback, the offense has become more balanced, unlike a few years back where it was run first then pass (remember drew brees?). LT should benefit from rivers progress. he might not get the same numbers during his MVP season. but enough to consider him for first pick in ur fantasy football.
its not just the toe. he lost lorenzo neal and was replaced by a rookie at the start of the season, then replaced by another rookie (hester) who until the last game of the season seems lost at times during the game. hester is a work at progress and should be better next year. with that and opposing team not putting 8 defenders at the line of scrimmage because of rivers showing this year...LT should and will bounce back next year. i see a 1400-1500/yrds 16-18 tds from him.

not lost a step. lost a great fullback who was replaced by a rookie. also, with rivers progressed, who can now be considered as a top rated quarterback, the offense has become more balanced, unlike a few years back where it was run first then pass (remember drew brees?). LT should benefit from rivers progress. he might not get the same numbers during his MVP season. but enough to consider him for first pick in ur fantasy football.

its not just the toe. he lost lorenzo neal and was replaced by a rookie at the start of the season, then replaced by another rookie (hester) who until the last game of the season seems lost at times during the game. hester is a work at progress and should be better next year. with that and opposing team not putting 8 defenders at the line of scrimmage because of rivers showing this year...LT should and will bounce back next year. i see a 1400-1500/yrds 16-18 tds from him.

LT is so good that 1100 rushing yards, 420 recieving yards and 12 total TD is a bad season. 99% of NFL RB's would dream for that kind of season.

At the beginning of the season there was his toe problem. His first games he did great until he got turf toe. That fucked him up. Plus the Charger's O line was pretty damn weak. But seriously, watching these old clips of him makes me realize how much of a dominating rush blocking offensive line that the Chargers had under Schottenheimer. don't forget that the Vikings are a good team with probably the best run blocking OL in the league. LT was on a HORRIBLE team his first 2 years and the Chargers were built around LT. Last year he had lingering injuries and will return to form next year. That knee injury he got vs Indy last year hurt him for most of this year and then that pulled groin made him miss his first game due to injury in his career. First ballot HOF!
