@soma1991girlSmily I disagree. I think he got rid of mary because he thought she might beat one direction. If you look at the voting percentages week by week mary got more support then one direction up until the weeks she was in the bottom. I think it would of been a risk for simon to put her in the final because of her huge irish fan base.

Katie is talented and she is someone that offers something different. Aiden is talented but nothing sets him apart really from everyone else. I mean, they can all sing, thats a given. The older dude with the long hair shoulda left a long long long long time ago though, just my opinion

To be honest I never really liked Aiden, his singing wasn't my favorite and he reminded me of an Adam Lambert wanna be :( which brings much sadness to me lol.
