Try Drag Me to Hell or Hostel. Or maybe the Of the Dead series. Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead (original and remake were good), Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead and Diary of the Dead. Also there's a horror movie by the makers of Saw called The Collector. It's supposed to be much better.
