For real IPSC or Airsoft? For standard pistol I think you can not use high speed holsters, but need normal holster. I can`t remember the rules for holsters right now, but it is different between classes.
He did not have a speed holster for his gun that time. His speed holster for a real pistol don`t fit the KSC P226R. We have not practiced hammer down after show clear. We take out the magazine and show the chamber.

That holster is not permitted in IPSC.
