Since it doesn't fit into the box it's first brought to the front ddor by the mail lady and then - if you're not present you've to pick it up during the next 7 days at the next post office (at least that's how it works here in Germany).
I Just used some slang that was common in my teenage days.
I've started working on it and try to get it done really fast. But considering the quality of model kit's that are produced in the 80's it'll need some days of work.
Ah... Well, my Whitebase was over $100 USD, but I was lucky enough to receive it as a very thoughtful birthday gift last year. (BTW, it's 1/400 scale, not 1/500) Honestly though, I do look forward to seeing how yours comes out. Those retro kits are really interesting to see, especially when compared to the kits of today.
Yes, finding shelf space for mine can sometimes be a problem, especially when I need to re-locate it for some reason. Looking forward to seeing those videos!
I have actually found SAL pretty fast in the past. It is cheap as well. Hasn't there been a ban on the export of spray cans from Japan?
Those decals are pretty cheap, aren't they?
I see a lot of the older kits for under 5 dollars, especially on HW Japan. One thing that I would like to do is make extra armor for these older kit designs like the GM using blender 3D. You know, like the V2 Assault Armor.
I had the idea of scratch-building with aid from a 3D-program at the beginning of this month but was too lazy to try it out. I'll keep track on your progress in Eclypse ^^
Yeah, I was just telling you that because I know you like to scratch build and since you are making a diorama using 3D-programs may be something to consider.
And for the heck of it, I am pretty sure its going to be hard to own CrapMunky's impressive white base, even with your skills. The 1/400 scale model was pretty darn impressive.
From a perspective diorama, it might be able to own him if it was off in the distance.
Today I have semi- free hand modelled a Dynames Sniper weapon in Blender 3D. With some help from Foobariu on the forum we may make a nice unfold for it to turn it into a model. Dioramas seem quite fun and I would like to enter that 00 gundam contest. While I continue to work on my 3D modelling skills, I have been working on my Hy-Gogg. I tried to fill in the seam lines with glue and it actually worked. You just have to put glue on each part.
did it come in the ail box or at your front door? plz reply

Oh. I'll change that ^^
Yours is 5.1 times bigger. Well. I should have purchased 25 of these to fill the same shelf space.
I think of covering the building process and review in one or two videos.
