you do realize the volume control is one the left side only...so your only playing from the 1's and not the 2's....makes me believe your really just playing a pre-made mix in the first CDJ.

@maverickpoint, You do realize the djm-400 mixer has three different setups on the crossfader available? One of those is the "through"-mode, wich disables the crossfader.

Watch my other videos and read the other comments first and you will see what I mean.

Solid mix - a minor fail around 04:35 but you got it back on line. Mixing is really good, songs overlapping each other really good! 7/10

EQ's - really good to see a Dj using hes mixer properly, good effects in the mix, good use of your EQ's while mixing 8/10

Volume - The volume were at a constant level all the time wich is good 10/10

Music Choise - well constructed tracks you got there! but it gets boring without any vocals, try with some accapellas 7/10

Really good 8/10, dont let the beats run!

The only thing that is different is the color, but that makes a great difference on the looks in my opinion! :)

It's up to you if you want to spend the extra money :)

@john400b, Yea, that's because the crossfader has three modes; normal, weird and disabled.

I find it easier to just disable it, less things to think about:)
