  • Awesome video! Definitely one of the most underrated Bowie songs out there!!!!!!

  • This version is so beat...god rest Mick Ronson's soul....the man belted this fucker out like the GLAM ANTHEM it is !...this is just plain ole disappointing... and i'm a big Bowie fan.... but this particular ensemble can't do it justice...for all of Reeves Gabrels talents, at times he just becomes plain ole annoying.

  • I'm 59. I heard this tune38 years ago. I Play Git. This is the best Rock & Roll riff I know of. Period!

  • Had the underwear bomber been successful, this would have charted to number 1

  • Punky Bowie!

  • thats right 0 dislikes even trolls have some respect

  • Blows my head off every time I hear this !

  • OMFG! I seriously don't know how Gail managed to keep on beat when David kissed her hahaha...

  • @Lozzeii I thought the same thing! I would've lost it completely.

  • @Lozzeii She's a lesbian XD

  • @13hellkaat No, I think she's bi. I read a chat with her and someone asked: "Boys or girls?" and she said "Both"

  • killer lyrics...

  • it's good to be insanely gifted

  • Anybody else fiercely wishing they were Gail Ann Dorsey at around 3:24?

  • great version... but i kinda wish reeves would just simply take it away at the end....

  • I Love Bowie, and I have all his old albums, but this version didn't really do much for me. He's still cool though.

  • Well put! Gail Ann Dorsey rocks. She blows Suzie Quatro away on bass and has an excellent voice!

  • Rockin' the "Bohawk", smoochin' Gail Ann on stage, being Aladin Insanely rich - it's good to be Bowie.

  • My favorite Bowie song!

  • @thelordofthemanor yea, it rocks

  • Bowie has morphed himself so many times with his look and style, and yet always comes through with his genius and talent every time.

  • detriot

  • Think this is the best P.I.D. I've ever heard...I caught radio city nyc on this tour but don't think he played it

  • I have to agree with you. Either this version or the one on the Heathen Bonus CD.

  • the 1979 re-recording on the ryko version of Scary Monsters is pretty cool as well

  • One of my favorite Bowie songs and video is excellent...any chance of getting this on DVD?????

  • Lucky lucky Gail.

  • God! I would give anything, anything at all to be Gail Dorcey at that moment. I could actually feel what she must have felt. OH, GOD!! HELP ME, PLEASE!!

  • Lucky, and able, and deserving

  • panic in detroit, how appropriate for these times.

  • I love Bowie, but I was never crazy about this song. This song sounds EXCELLENT live.

  • It's January 8th Everybody!!!!

That means Ziggy Stardust is 62!!!!!

    Happy Birthday David

  • nice Mohawk! or bohawk

  • I hate to break it to you longfade but that's the lovely Gail Ann Dorsey on bass. She's been with Bowie for 10+ years and when she duets with him on 'Under Pressure' not only does she play the most wicked bass line, she sings Freddie Mercury's part very well.

  • @flash6859 your not kidding,,she does the best version with Bowie on under pressure,,,she hits those high notes to perfection,,,so anyway i agree with you.....

  • The bass on this version is incredible!

  • Definitely one of my favorite bass lines right now. That's MeShell Mdegeocello playing bass. She's pretty much sticking to the original bass line, but kicking ass as usual. I love that walking bass line during the verses.

  • it's ah riot part two
