Always, always..so predictable. These clowns get in way over their heads and write 4 or 5 replies as long as essays and then tell me I'm too stupid to bother with. Why do clowns always run when they don't understand? You'd think that they would try and learn...but for some reason I always end up debating with people 20 or 30 years older than me. Their minds just refuse to budge, because they fear coming out of their safe little shells. Oh well, c'est la vie.
Scientists have been found to be unrelieable quacks. So don't go around spewing their b.s. as if their words are truth. No one knows anything, and we won't until these lying scientists become competent professionals; instead of fabricating evidence and ignoring facts (because they don't lend creedence to their cry for funding).
You DID demand that that pub be open:
Demand and supply---there is a demand for public watering holes, and therefore there will be a supply. ECONOMICS 101
I mean, they should add global warming advocates to the dictionary when defining the word hypocrite. Look at Gore, who had his own private jet built and flies back and forth across the universe. How did an idiot like that win a nobel prize?
And fossil fuels aren't being depleted--Canada has an unlimited supply in the tar sands in Alberta and we will continue to harvest this and become the richest country in the world.
Hope your hangover ain't too bad. By the way, how is Grimsby these days?
Wouldn't the current supplies - being infinite and unlimited, according to you - be able to meet any infinite use forever, that there's no need to look for any new supply sources?
You're trying to lecture me on "economics 101" and yet you believe Canada is going to become the richest country in the world selling an infinite resource?
You don't need a scientist to tell you anything to see how none of that makes any sense whatsoever.
You only need to be capable of basic arithmetic - but, apparently, even this lowly intellectual requirement is way beyond you.
Infinite energy, you say?
Really? Why do they charge for it, then?
Why would America, with its own "infinite supply" - according to you - want to buy supply from Canada to make it become, according to you, the richest country on Earth?
I mean, does any of the absurdity of what you're saying penetrate into your thick skull at all?
Sorry, but these statements are so moronically stupid, I'm afraid that I can no longer justify wasting time even talking to you.
Well, I hope Canada enjoys becoming infinitely rich, selling energy from its effective "perpetual motion device" of the Alberta Tar Sands, because the Second Law of Thermodynamics doesn't apply to infinitely-sized Canada, apparently.
By saying the supply is infinite, I'm saying that there is more than man could ever use. I thought that by conversing with me you might learn to 'think outside the box" but lo and behold, it is impossible to teach and old dog new tricks. I bet your teachers found you detestable, ridgid. I bet you absolutely stank at English, Math and Art. Of course your science teachers were ecstatic that you believed everything they told you. It took me one post, it took you four. LOL . Trim the fat, limey. Bye
Keep telling yourself such untruths, if they are the sole comfort you possess against the cruelty of our existence.
Keep lying to yourself.
I am quite intoxicated at the moment, truth be told, and English is strictly not my mother tongue, yet I wield it to degrees and extents that you can only imagine in the entirety of your life.
Keep talking. You only furnish me with yet more insight, making further response ever more futile.
English is not my momma tongue either. Comprendez-vous?
Do you know that the alcohol you are drinking caused CO2 gases to be spewed into our stratosphere? In the production of the alcohol itself and its packaging? And I bet you drove your car to go buy it. And if it's beer you had it in your fridge, which uses energy. Was it necessary to drink this alcohol to survive the evening? NOOOO, so therefore you have a big carbon footprint tonight.
You must have been so bladdered when you wrote this. And I can lecture you, because anyone with a bit of sense can see that I won the point a day ago.
Ok, limey. So you were at a pub then? Do you know how much carbon that pub, which you demand open and running, catapults into the air? Your carbon footprint is behomoth, old boy. And yes, I've been to a bar or two but I'm not the one whining because I know this whole thing is a hoax.
You believe that the Earth possesses infinite amounts of oil, coal and natural gas?
Because that's what I was talking about.
You keep doing this.
This video is about sustainable fishing policies and you act like it's about global warming. I was talking about fossil fuel depletion and you, again, act like we're talking about global warming.
I never "demanded" any pub to be open. Where the hell did you get that from?
You "decree" that my typo wasn't a typo and you then act like this is a proven fact (and then further act as if my making a linguistical error is somehow scientific proof that climate change is a hoax or something).
You just create things in your mind and then react as if they are real.
There's a word for that. It's called "delusional".
You've resorted to putting words in my mouth...which is intrinsically like waving a white flag. I never said fuel depletion is a hoax. I said that Canada has vast amounts fossil fuel up dare in doze old tar sands. Ok? Yes I know the video is about fishing. I always knew. Why'd you answer me if you knew it not about global warming? And you certainly don't know how much oil, coal and natural gas the word posseses. So far it has been unlimited, so let's stick with that (since no one knows). cont.
Greenpeace has to be the most crooked organization on the planet. All they do is state the obvious, which has been made up with skewed data, and then milk people's pockets and enjoy their lives. People are getting smarter....pretty soon pirate organizations like greenpeace will be a thing of the past
Wait, you're saying that they "state the obvious", yet do so using skewed data?
That is, they state self-evidently true untruths? Or, put another way, they skew the data to create imaginary lies, which everyone knows is true anyway?
That's paradoxical. Oxymoronic.
You're suffering from Orwell called "doublethink".
The fundamental characteristic of truth is that it cannot be intrinsically contradict itself. I think you need to revise your assessment on who's really been lying to you.
Well excuse me if you can't think deep enough to get what I'm saying. Now get your thinking cap on, will you? Greenpeace states what the scientists say...scientists that have fabricated their evidence. And everyone now knows that what they said was truth is lies. And your post was confusing until I realized that your grammar is dicey....you should have said "The fundamental characteristic of truth is that it cannot be intrinsically contradictory itself".
No, I'm afraid that the explanation you've provided does not fit with your earlier statements.
You said "all they do is state the obvious".
Where "they" must necessarily be Greenpeace, as that was the only thing you'd previously mentioned.
Also, "everyone now knows that what they said was truth is lies" does not correspond to the generally understood meaning of the phrase "stating the obvious".
Yes, you could have written it that way as well. It was NOT a typo though. But your English is excellent. Now it's time for you to think outside the box:
If everyone did things the 'generally understood' way or thought the 'generally accepted' way of thinking, nothing would ever be invented and language and thoughts would never evolve. Maybe it was a doublethink---but you know exactly what I was saying, don't you. I just didn't...state it obviously.
Eating fish would be the same/similar to eating only vegetables if our governments got the companies who fished the oceans to restock fish as they took out the older fish.
saving our oceans is a one issue campaign?each sea creature saved you could count as 'one issue'.never mind the the fish as a food source for so many people.
promoting vegan or vegetarianism is another issue altogether one doesn't exclude the other.
many people will always rely on fish as a major food source and many will never even consider becoming vegetarian, you might as well face it.
This video is NOT about eating no fish. It promotes marine reserves, which would increase the global amount of catchable fish. So please stop saying people would starve if we save our oceans. People will if we don't!!!
cool video .. thanks for posting .. keep it up =)

for excample, in PETA videos they write:

I'm sorry, but there's no polite way to break this news.
You truly are an idiot.
The Earth is of finite size. How exactly do you fit an infinity of anything inside something that's finite?
If fossil fuel supplies are infinite, then why would they begin to harvest oil in the Alberta Tar Sands in the first place?

It was a few pints and doubles of whiskey from the local pub in the company of friends.
No packaging, per se - at least, the glass are washed and reused - and I walked there.
Carbon neutral? No, but then neither is wasting my time online talking to you.
We can change our infrastructure. In all too short a time, we'll have no choice but to do so - fossil fuels aren't infinite.
But until that time, there really is little one can do to complete avoid a carbon footprint.
KlaxonCow 2 years ago
But what do you care?
You've effectively stated that carbon emissions or fossil fuel depletion mean nothing to you, as you don't believe there is any issue there.
You can't lecture me unless you concede the point. If you concede the point, then I've implicitly won anyway.

You appear to be trying to erase a contradiction with a blatant inconsistency, in order to rewrite history to maintain your denial.
That would be what Orwell called "crimestop" - the standard reaction to having your "doublethink" challenged.
Yes, I made a typo. These things happen.
The sentence, though, should have read "the fundamental characteristic of truth is that it cannot intrinsically contradict itself".
KlaxonCow 2 years ago
The "be" shouldn't have been there. I was originally going to phrase it differently, changed my mind and forgot to remove the word "be".
This was merely a simple editing error. Shit happens.
I assure you that, ordinarily, my spelling and grammar are generally impeccable.
Last but not least, this video is about sustainable fishing policies, not global warming.
KlaxonCow 2 years ago
Let me repeat that, as you've demonstrated a fundamental incapacity to listen properly by your response.
This video has got nothing to do with global warming, it is campaigning for sustainable fishing policies.
