There are better ways to teach someone than to make them feel like crap all of the time. And it is not just Cox that torments JD. There is Turk, Carla, Elliot, Kelso, and of course the Janitor.

The entire center of the show seems to center around the misery and torture of one character. Now tell me that isn't messed up.
