@MrSavagevvv Its not an Hawaiian song it's a song from the movie "The Wizard Of Oz".

Which is certainly not an Hawaiian musical.

Israel took it and remade it with a reggae beat and changed some notes and the feel of it to come up with a totally fresh version.

If Israel can change it to reggae Hawaiian then why can't Capt Nemo make it a bit country ?

@tajvir - I think the biggest form of flattery is imitation. And what makes music beautiful is that it can be interpreted in different ways. Though, you may not like some versions and love others, you can't go around telling people that their trying to insult the person who may have done the song before.

Also, what if Eva Cassidy or whoever the original person was that sang Somewhere Over The Rainbow said Iz was insulting? Though it sounds far fetched, it's another way to see it.

Everyone interprets a song in their own way. Iz covered judy garland and it sounds completely different. I love it very much and I think it inspired others to try their hand at it. Can you blame Iz for moving so many people to want to make this song their own?
