@ottozing I've never tried the universe. I used to own an s7320 which was ok, but I prefer no locking trems. That being said I personally would go for the SC. I would highly recommend checking out Carvin, Mayones, BRJ guitars.

@AlienPowerSlime ya i got it, but this clip is just the original spinal puppet amp when I first got it a few years back. Ever after I got the metal expansion I found myself mostly using the slo100 amp which is in the standard package. I guess it comes down to personal preference. It might be worth it to get the big bottom amp...it's pretty killer.

@CapaQdoe haha the tone was from gearbox. it was one of the first tones i made and i think it was the spinal puppet amp or something. the guitar was nice, but they were just emgs in there so it wasn't anything too special.

The SC607 is very easy to play despite a 7-strings and the handle is very smooth. With a good setup due to the hardware of the guitar you can use bigger strings (I use D' Addario EXL110-7 .10/.059 and tune is G drop and I am fine!. I do not know whether it's worth buying a 8 strings, but I'd like to have one :-)
