to be honest, im from the UK, i prefer this song in Serbian, it has a more european feel if sung in the countries national language, so thats why i reckon that they should introduce the language rule again, so that the countries song must be sung in the countries national language! :) but thats just my opinion

Even if somebody doesn't speak English fluently, they tend to have a vague idea about the language and listen to at least some music in English. To maximise their potential for votes a English version is a good idea and if you speak Russian or German its good to appeal to their language blocs as well. I would prefer it (as would many others) if the contestants did the final performance in their own language.
