  • wot part of religion is truth

  • Unfortunately, hatred of LGBT people IS a religious truth that is central for most Christians! They will never accept the fact that it is based solely on lies and delusions that was written down by whoever wrote Romans Chapter1, and on taboos expressed in Leviticus Chapters 18 and 22. Trying to win over the hearts and minds of these people is utterly futile; the rest of us have to work around them and teach other people not to hate.

  • Props to Stephen Andrew Moller for that lethal punch he gave to that flamer. He shouldn't have apologized for it.

  • @borpee2 im a flamer and i will give you my real address and dare you to come to my house with that bullshit!

  • wow, reading all this comments irritates me, one bc most of the scenarios are completly incorrect, and i know this bc ive heard mollers side of the story, and in no way shape or form did moller say kennedy tried to fuck him or get physical with him. im seans brother, and some of you need to read up some on your storys.

  • This woman is making it sound like Moller came out of knowhere to kill her son because he was gay. That is totally not what happened, just look up the case files and you will read what happened. I guess homosexuals expect to get special treatment when they harass someone in a bar. Don't start a fight with a gay, you will get slapped with a "hate crime" charge. I hate that this beautiful person died, but it wasn't because he was gay. Get the facts on this one before you judge.

  • A phobia is a fear, look it up on Google. I don't believe Stephen had a fear of Sean Kennedy, it was probably disgust. Gays are disgusting. Stephen had every right to defend himself from Kennedy outside the bar when confronted. The same thing would have happened had Kennedy repeatedly pestered a girl for sex. Gays are disgusting maggots.

  • U sick bastard...U may one day eat these fucking words...U loser bastard

  • This is BS folks. Sean Kennedy made unwelcome sexual advances (sexual harrassment) on Stephen Moller inside the bar that night. Stephen shoved Sean away inside the bar and the conflict was over until Sean Kennedy decided to seek retribution outside the bar, Kennedy esculated the situation. Stephen Moller acted in self defense. Sean Kennedy was not the victim, he was the perpetrator from beginning to end. The gays are using this case to bandstand, plain and simple.

  • i dont care if sean kennedy made a pass or not. if getting an unwelcome secual advance or sexual harrassment in a bar is a legal excuse for murder, then i as a woman, should gun down assholes every day who make passes, etc at me.

stephen moller was a homophobic piece of shit, a white supremicist, and damn proud of it and you KNOW it.

he murdered a happy go lucky gay kid for NO REASON other then his own homophobia.

  • I live here in Greenville SC and it is actually a little scary thinking that this could happen to myself, my partner or any of my friends. I went to Sean's candle light vigil and it was so sad. It is mind blowing that in this day and age that people are still getting terrorized and tormented just because they choose to live their lives differently from everyone else....I hope for a change!

  • Didn't you follow the case? Because the whole truth is not being told here. Everyone in Greenville knows that Kennedy and Moller were both drunk and that Kennedy hit on him. Moller hit the crap out of Kennedy, but he didn't intend to kill him just because he was gay. What is a hate crimes law going to do anyway, it wouldn't have stopped Moller from hitting Kennedy. Poor Sean, the only thing most people know about him was that he was gay. I doubt he would want his memory to be only that.

  • Not only do I live in Greenville but I pay attention (apparently you dont) I did follow the case! It disgusts me to hear you say that this started because Sean hit on Moller, that is not the way it happened and that is exactly what I mean by in this day people like you think...."oh he's gay so he must have hit on him". He may not have intended on murdering Sean but this happened because he was openly gay and Moller decided he didn't have a right to be....idk happy, having fun.....or alive maybe?

  • No one remembers him just because he was gay, his death marked the beginning of an important battle that will change our history (i hope) and will show people that because we live our lives different doesn't give anyone the right to treat us unfairly or BEAT us to death!

  • Do you know how many times Kennedy was hit? Once. I don't see how that it is being BEAT to death. I have a feeling Moller would have done the same thing even if Kennedy wasn't "openly gay" by the way. A drunk man hits on another man, who is also drunk, and you think the one being hit on is not going to react negatively to that? I don't understand, do homosexuals want to be treated equal or "special"?

  • You just show a lack of knowledge, who says Kennedy hit on Moller....this was not the case in my opinion from following this incident! But, you can't change minds so you will go on believing what you want and thinking what you want about it. I don't think Sean hit on him and I think he just hit him because he didn't like the fact he was gay something that people in this part of the country think and are raised is the right thing to do to people who are different!

  • this woman lost her son because someone didn't agree with his way of life.. :( that is just terrible :(

  • No, this woman lost her son because he hit on Moller in the bar and Moller decided to hit back on him, physically. Both Moller and Kennedy were drunk by the way. Moller did not intend to kill him. Nonetheless, it is tragic that this young man died. But again, Moller did not hunt Kennedy down and kill him just because he was gay. I'm not denying that this happens, but it didn't happen in this case.

  • hate crimes should include every one

  • I hope South Carolina enacts a law for hate crimes protecting racial and sexual minorities.

  • Its impossible to even begin to understand the pain this mother must be going through. Your not supposed to bury your children. At 37 yrs old and now at terms with my sexuality for 19 yrs i feel very strongly that younger gay people now should be free from this sort of thing. It is slowly getting much better than when i was this lads age but this tragic death shows the war is not yet won. 20 yrs old. Its so, so wrong. Wish i could have been there. I would have given my life to protect him.
