its the ogre suit. if you have tailor or leatherworking to about 300 (maybe a little less) go into Dire Maul, north wing. the trapped gobln can make it for you or if you have the profficiency as I said, he will teach you how to make it yourself. It neads a few matts and ogre tannin (which is found on the floor above in a basket).

I used to make loads of them, get guildies to do raids all as ogres, or get 5 of us to stomp into lolshire. good times.
