Yes and no, this is an edit of the official Original Generations for PS2 promo vid. Most of the stuff in here is from other PS2 SRT games.(Alpha 2+3, Impact, MX)

Original Generations IS however the PS2 remake of the 2 GBA Original Generation games + a few extra's thrown in.

Its because they're original robots so as long as they and their pilots were made by Banpresto specially for the games then they are considered part of the Original Generation

Yep, that's definately from multiple games. While the footage isn't fake, you have to remember that the Alphaverse and the OGverse are two different universes: what happened in one doesn't always happen in the other. It's not a trailer, it's a MAD video. Go see the others.

I know there's Original Generation for the GBA (and it's sequel too) and this video shows some of the characters (like Excellen, Bullet, and Kyosuke), but some of the characters I certainly don't remember from there. And though I recognize some of the attacks, some of the robots look different.

There is also some SRW EX movie clips, clips from the OG and OG2 TV commercials, the song is a direct rip of the OG2 trailer song as it even keeps the original SFX and all the character portraits and text boxes have been obviously photoshopped.
