I can't tell the difference between the Japanese voice and English voice. :) They sound so similar. It sounds as gentle as the original. Beautiful. :)
Not sure but I think they kept the english bit in the middle because she made that odd noise when she has a shower although I agree with you all that they should have dubbed the whole song in the pretty japanese voice.
One of the best Disney movies! But I still have to say...I like the english version a lot better. But that's just me. I like anything thats the original version best. Just because it sounds better to me and I grew up on it.
I really love her voice. I don't understand why they kept the english voices for the "la da da" parts though. For the mice, it's not a big deal. But there's a noticable difference between the english cinderella's voice and the japanese voice actress. Switching back and forth in the middle of the song just doesn't make sense to me.
I love the part near the end where you can hear the original version of this song.
