I provide residential treatment services for American Indians under contract with the Indian Health Service. I am stunned that a budget has not been passed. Elected officials will not miss a pay check or any of their many benefits that I provide as a tax payer. I never heard any of this during the free wheeling Bush years when we got into this horrific mess.
