@iSpongys There is a diagnostic program called PingPlotter. I advised installing it (free for 30 days - and it keeps going with a nag in standard). Use it to see if your problem is on VM's network by pinging a website like the BBC. It'll show how the hops on VM's network perform. My problem has nothing to do with the equipment at my house, its their network... and I'm still waiting for a fix 9 months after it started.
