Air-cooled, isn't it? I've heard those are nice diesels, based on (I believe) a Hatz design.

Water cooled actually. I don't see any fins on the cylinders and if you look at his other video, he mentions that the engine is water cooled and a radiator is also visible.

I can see the water pump right above the primary drive to the transmission.
