Is the Canadian government tracking down and registering extraterrestrial visitors??

As part of my paralegal studies, I took a Records Management class. It's incredibly techincal, and alphanumeric records managemet classification system designed for corporation file retention and storage. Anyway, they always made up company names and fictional scenarios with goofy titles and subject, because the class is so incredibly boring - it was their way of keeping it interesting.

When I saw the document, I recognized it immediately as being from a classroom. It's not real.

Well, I thought this was neat at first, even though it said some things like "primary sample" and all, but then I saw 04:03 , it clearly says "extraterrestrials are registered and tracked to ensure they do not contravene federal and provincial legislation by attempting world domination, body snatching, or other anti-democratic activities". I'm not a shill, and i want to believe, but the docs are examples, i think. The radio thing was authentic, though.

The documents are instructional guides for the handling of administrative and operational records, nothing more. It clearly states that the examples are fictional and also has a "Fictional Sample" watermark on each example page. This video was well documented, but not researched. As of right now, there are at least 71 viewers out there that believe they actually saw Canadian government documents concerning extraterrestrials.

@rdgrass The word "fictional" is nowhere in those docs. The term in the doc is "Sample primary to illustrate ARCS" and among so many other "models" to illustrate how ARCS works, why they would use such a controversial subject, which is treated as military classified information?? UNLESS whoever wrote those docs wanted to call people's attention for what's going on. And the water mark "superseded" means "obsolete" or "replaced".

In directors cut of close encounters there is a section where Richard Dreyfuss is being asked questions and one is if he hears a high pitched sound most of the time. I only saw this last week and hadn't picked up on this before. Does anyone remember having their ears tested at school when they were 4 or 5, literally in your first year of being at school? That always makes me think that they could detect any aliens amongst us from that test. They would then keep a close eye on us throughout life.

@Bizzboyz If you are referring to the watermark "superseded", it doesn't mean "fictional". It does mean "obsolete" or "replaced". Most likely because those documents are templates for something else.

@undercoveralien You need to review it a bit more. Many pages have a "Fictional Sample" watermark as well as "Superceded". I have a feeling this is used for training purposes and someone in the department happens to have a sense of humour.

I'm sure there is ET contact in some form or another, but if there were some tracking system in place, I highly doubt it would be handled at the provincial level, and would more than likely be federal. And they wouldn't publish the guide on the Internet.

@undercoveralien I fully believe that there is knowledge by governments the world over. And that includes the Canadian government. And something that concerns national security at that level would NEVER be delegated and actually be concealed from governments at the provincial level.

So I don't doubt the premise in the slightest. I just can't accept that documents labelled as "fictitious sample" (usually used for training) on a publicly accessible web site can be used as evidence.

Greys are "helping" the US military for 40 years, providing weaponry technology in exchange of free way for abductions and genetic experiments in humans. They also "helped" the Nazi. The so called Reptilians also are "helping" the US military, but Greys might not be aliens. They are bio-androids engineered to work for ancient aliens and it seems that after those aliens left Earth, the Greys became autonomous.

Actually, Earth is a place in the universe where some passing visitors stop to have a break and refill during their space journey. Titan is also a base where they can halt but the advantage for them with Earth is that Humans are not supposed to know about their existence and is, we have to admit, a beautiful planet. As a matter of fact, they've always been visiting this planet ... the only difference is that now we're more than 6 billion beings and you have to filter this info.

Several extraterrestrial races from Orion, Sirius, Pleiades and other systems, lived in this planet in prediluvian times.
