FFS people, time is not the fourth dimension. It's refered to that when talking about spacetime, but is not correct.

Problem is that since we "live" in a 3D world we can probably never be 100% sure what 4D really would be like but most consider it to be seeing in 3D, meaning that you're able to see all sides of whatever you're looking at at the same time(imagine being able to see the back of the monitor at the same time you're reading this).

The third dimension is depth (the ability to travel to different levels of both height and width), and the fourth is time (the ability to travel through different levels of our 3-dimensional universe, which is easiest described as travelling through time).
