Doubt it, 360 and PS3 versions have already been compared and the results were that they were identical.
The PC version has been in development longer and will therefore be likely to have more advanced graphical options - since computers these days are either much stronger or sometimes even weaker than consoles.

well UB comes integrated wtih update 1.6, they changed the boot screen for it BP.
same with 360 and PS3.

I'd imagine so, although that depends on how outdated your graphics card is.
Your CPU/Processor speed as well as how much RAM you have installed will also be factors.

yea it will have darker shadows but there is probably gaphic settings so it will vary
