Hi! An audition is a 10 minute video of you playing with your horse which is sent to the Parelli Audition Team to be viewed. They will score you as to what level you are in and award you accordingly. You must be a Savvy club member to send them in though. Hope that answers your question! Thanks! :)

Congratulations! I can see why you passed! I just filmed mine today and I'm uploading it overnight. I feel inept compared to some of the ones I've seen, but well --- we're our own harshest critics -- so I'll see what Parelli says and just keep playing with my horse and working on myself.

My point is why have a very simple rule that the 10 minute audition has to be one continuous piece of filming (that was very clear right from the start) and then not adhere to it. Being passively persistent is one of Pat's mantras, so why aren't THEY being passively persistent re this very simple requirement?

You are under-rating yourself and your horse. A lot of this is better than a Level 3 audition that I watched a little while ago - you show a lot of savvy and handle your wee horse very smoothly. Let us know what the result is. As far as editing goes, I am still trying to figure how Mariah managed to pass with all those edits, and I have emailed Parelli to ask exactly that question.

I emailed Dunebuggy and said that I had already filmed it and didn't know about that rule and she said that if it wasn't edited a lot and if they would still be able to see the savvy [or lack of savvy] of the person to sent it in. She also said that they were not going to hold someone back because of it.

Yes I found out after I filmed it that it couldn't be edited. When I read the FAQ they didn't have all the questions on there now. I will try sending it in and see what happens.

Looks good, but the filming has to be continous, no editing. Look on the Pathways F&Q on the Savvy site.
