this isnt how you lose fat on your stomach its how you build muscle...cardio is what you need to lose fat...and this doesnt help you "lose your abs"...wtf? it helps you build abdomen musces, the exact opposite.
I got mine from a friend. It didn't come with a video. Thanks for demonstrating the 3 basic exercises. How many reps of each exercise should I do? I'm a beginner with a bad back & neck - scoliosis & 3 whip lash injuries. Ouch! Hoping I'll be able to do these without stressing these areas. What usually happens is that I pull something or build up muscle tension in the neck. It hurts so I stop doing it. :(
You should have said "you will lose your ab fat if you stay motivated" not your abs. The muscle working burns the fat. I found one on craigslist for $25. I feel silly about going to buy it, but I just might. I need something to work my abs and I hate crunches and sit ups.
