Really good movie , it contains a lot of hidden messages that you are urged to understand. e.x. at some point of the movie the forest symbolizes the perplex human thoughts ....

this movie was so good! it was shot perfectly, and the underlying messages were superb. a lot of people argue style over substance, but I say Lars von Trier definitely delivered both in Antichrist.

Why is art art. I cannot really answer that question but it will mostly not spring from serene contentment. It took me more than a year to screw up the courage to watch this movie but when I did I felt t the scream rang true. Excellent photography and acting, especially by Charlotte. Art.

If it's porn it's the least erotic porn I've ever seen. I was actually liking this movie up until the last half hour or so when it goes insane and utlimately turned me against it. Because that movie showed something TRUE, something that really exists. Showed the real world , drugs , sex , parania and those stuff. Antichrist is different, and the reason is beacuse people can't really see something common or something that the majority of the world deals with.

I don't know whether to watch this movie or not. I've read the comments and saw a couple excerpts of the movie.. Well I'm a pretty psychological dude and could handle some mind tricks but while watching the excerpts and interview of the director I just had some "inception" like thoughts about vomiting and slicing his head off.
