About your vid, i don't have a clue sorry, never had this problem on either US or JP demo. Maybe something went wrong when downloading, try to redownload it or find another file.
@delmis123 If you're on latest official firmware (6.20), then you can download it directly on your psp via the PS store, simply create a PSN account then go to the store.
