Two of them have degree's in music from trinity college London, another played for the LSO and has a Masters and another has a 1st in Music and played for both the Sydney and London symphony orchestras. None of these ladies need to "pretend" to do anything when it comes to their music.

That's how such videos are made, which distinguishes them from bona fide performances. In this case I find the video and the music pretty darn average, which I guess explains why it's such a big hit.
