It was very well done for a first animation. As for the characters, it's darn obvious the animator didn't want them to look exactly like the original ones, necromancer doesn't have white hair, barbarian doesn't have a ponytail and the paladin isn't black. Just stop taking stuff real seriously chillax n' enjoy what it is because the hating was totally uncalled for.
