that isnt drifting thats amatuer drivers with cars they cant handle fucking up corners, and rally isnt all bout drifting its about beating opponant drivers through various stages and beating there times. yh u do see the odd power slide in wrc but thats because they are throwing the cars soo hard round the track they cant help but power slide.

It´s a type of car with fiber casing and tubular chassis called Barquetas (in spanish, I don´t know in english), are usually in Rallyes in the north of Spain. Try to search "barqueta"
