  • I really think the decision to change Ed Buller as their producer was a huge mistake. I interviewed Suede in the summer of 1997 and when Simon told me that they were not going to use Ed anymore... well, I was confounded really. I've always believed in not fixing something that isn't broken. And, as it happened, the decision to use Steve Osborne didn't work nor the countless others who were hired and fired throughout the next few records.

  • the last and the greatest Suede moment i guess.. as an album.. very majestic..

  • wow thanks... hot man TTT

  • ow ow...wonderfuuul

  • Head Music is often overlooked. Think its matured alot over the years, still sounds fresh today.

  • "Head Music" is really their last great recording. It's too bad they didn't make it their last c.d..

  • yeah maybe

but i think "a new morning" was god to but not like they were before. but i was suprised that brett could do a great album whit the tears

i mean "here come the tears" was the best album of 2005

  • I prefer New morning's second half than the "plasticity" of The tears, by far...even they both are great

  • "Here Comes The Tears" sounds like a b-sides compilation rather than a proper album as far as I'm concerned.

  • greatest

  • The singles are great, as is the title song, but the rest, I have to admit, is quite dire.

If only Brett didn't fall for the smack then who knows what could have happened.

  • ^^Joe! the album had some classic suede on there man

    Brett's long hair ♥

  • they should've just filled the album with brett talking about making the album
