Chao Lingshen and Satomi created a watch that with Negi's magic sent them back in time to Asuna's childhood and they defeated the Demon King. Then they went forward to Asuna's birthday, before she died, and Asuna told everyone about her pact with the Demon King and Chao and Satomi made another machine that uses Negi's magic to nullify Asuna's pact with the Demon King. The End, Asuna lives :D
