I'm an Indian and I love Wasim bhai. I started watching cricket in 1995 and for me he along with Donald is the most talented bowler in the world. No point in comparing him with Sachin. Both are greats in their own rights. Shame for cricket fans that we could not enjoy Sachin-Wasim rivalry in the test arena as often as we would have liked. Piss off politicians :X
Those who compare Akram and Tendulkar are amateurs.
Tendulkar is a great batsman while Akram was great fast bowler with some of the best yorkers cricket world has seen. Both men contributed to cricket in their own ways earning the respect and admiration of many around the world.
See the class of Akram.Three great bowlers Pakistan produced-the 2 Ws-wakar and wasim and Imran Khan.Never spoke ill of opponents on camera.Always generous when showering praise.No wonder they received so much praise from Indians too.Compare this with the childish,immature and downright pedestrian way ppl like Afridi and Akhtar conduct themselves.They didn't spare even Wasim and Waqar,their heroes.Ppl who love cricket,and not just countries and religions,should ignore such characters.

Well both akram and sachin are in the all time world 11. So no use comparing who is better. The world will never have another Sachin and Akram. Both great players both on and off the field.
wish sachin has played against pak when wasim n waqar were at their peak in 90 to 98 era.just play occasional odi n few world cup matches,which is nt enough to judge who was better sac or paki bowlers.n uploader why didnt u upload the sachin dismissels by akram ?nt fair han ,if sacghin hits wasim he gets out of wasim as well n on number of times.

Wasim is the best bowler.
Sachin is a great batman but he is not among the best.
Best = Ability to perform consistently in most adverse conditions.
E.g. Sunil Gavaskar, Steve Waugh, Brian Lara, Viv Richards.

@usman6399 it was Waqars FIRST test series as well....so he was not at his peak. Imran was on his way down *(as a bowler).
