I think the Voyager doesn't have the rawness of the Model D, but it's still an excellent synth and I'd love one to go alongside my Model D..Maybe on Old School as they're much less expensive........

Incidentally, I bought my Mini from Urban Music in Tokyo..

That's right, Voyager's sound is sophisticated as compared to original.

I should say original is wilder.

But Voyager has lots of function for expressing the sound. So I also love Voyager,too!

I think original minimoog sound is a wilder than Voyager one. But I also like Voyager very much.
