I went to your blog and on my Mac with Google there is automatic translation of text from one language to another - so in my preferences my home language is English so whatever is written in another language is automatically translated to English. Sometimes it is not so perfect but it's easy to figure out the meaning usually. This may help you to do the main job of translation too. Than you for writing! Susie

Thanks for your advice to use a translation program. But the programs accessible to me seem to have no clue about knitting. Their translations are funny but not useful. Sometimes I have to laugh out loud… but this isn't bad either.

I will try to write Englisch tutorials with the help of my grand-son. But firstly he has to finish his final exams.

Von Petra aus dem „Strickforum“ habe ich erfahren, dass es in der Türkei wohl schon lange einen Wickel-Anschlag gibt. Er ist also nicht „meine Erfindung“, sondern der „türkische Anschlag“. Der war mir bisher nur als eine Form des Achter-Anschlags bekannt.

Wie ich nach dem Wickeln weiter stricke, hat auch sie noch nirgends gesehen.
