The Ethiopian was not from present day Ethiopia but from Sudan, Queen Candace is from Ancient Sudan not from present day Ethiopia and he was a Hebrew.

Some missions groups have given the whole gospel beginning with the Garden of Eden, and the slaying of the lamb for Adam's garment, through Jesus sacrifice, instead of just a short Jesus video out of nowhere. The result is that entire groups of people have been saved. Praise God.
I love this video, because in it's simplicity, it shows how someone was converted to Christ and how the power of God can have a person intervene in the life of another to help them come to Jesus. It is a very nice video. Sometimes it takes a huge sermon to bring a person to Christ, but this video only takes a little over 2 minutes to touch someone's heart.

There is overwhelming evidence of that in the passage. 1st he went to Jerusalem to worship. 2nd he was reading from jewish scriptures of the prophet Issaih. 3rd he and Philip were speaking clearly to each other. 4th If the man was going to Jerusalem because he heard about Jesus and the deciples, then he clearly would've known that Issaih was referring to Jesus in the book. 5th even today there are still Jewish Ethiopians in Ethiopia.

Israelites were handed over to their enemies on several occassions and many of them fled their country. Perhaps, this eunuch's ancestors fled from Israel to escape bondage but kept their traditions and religion in the land they settled.

If we look at the two women mentioned in Jesus’ lineage, Rahab & Ruth, we see that they were not Israelites, but physically pure, and grafted into spiritual Israel through faith in Jesus, who was to come.
@SCWatchman One of the things I have learned from Christs ministry is the insignificance of physical purity. The ancient Israelites were obsessive about physical purity to the point where physical impurity became for them a mark of sin. They were right to some extent, however Christ showed through his life that spiritual purity is what really matters. This is why ultimately its the spiritual seed that inherits the blessing!

True i cannot remember all details of everything i read about it some while ago when i focused more on Eunuch in general on where it originates from and on what kind of relation there could be with one and another. Sheba is also said to be from Ethiopia and is discussed what she really was, also watching archaeological founds in Yemen and Ethiopia including the ones of high tech of earlier civilization&some very ancient sculptures in rather Asiatic/Indian style.

What does the name Enoch (disciple) it have to do with a eunuch (see Strongs Concordance 2135. [eunouchos yoo-noo'-khos from eune (a bed) and 2192; a castrated person (such being employed in Oriental bed-chambers); by extension an impotent or unmarried man; by implication, a chamberlain (state-officer):--eunuch.])
