Ja ich verstehe was du meinst.... aber mein hund wird auch ab und zu festgebunden... sogar in der wohnung. So ein kleines Tier kommt in jede ecke, kann sehr hoch springen und macht auch jede menge dreck und chaos... dieser süße hund hier scheint auch ein wirbelwind zu sein und damit er nicht alle anspringt wurde er anscheinend angebunden. If I had a video camera when My dog zapped himself with a bug zapper gaurantee it some pple online would call it animal crulity, when in fact the dog did it himself. I am sure, my mom had a Chihauhau once before, and I have a small rat terrier pretty much the same size, they are small animals. It's female dog by the way, and it's not unhealthy. I am 100% sure. Maybe the dog was constantly jumping on people and annoying them, little dogs do that. I had a dog who put his own nose on a bug zapper once, and was numb for the rest of the day.

I've got a rat terrier as well. He's 13lbs and thin. He's annoying me right now, but he's not tied to a speaker by a wire or string. There is no way you can be 100% sure this dog is healthy. I'm sorry, to say that negates most of the validity of your opinion. I can't be sure it's unhealthy or abused either but the overall appearance of this video makes me worry enough that I don't find this video funny.
