@GrowTheTruth ; Sorry, soy has been recently found to contain an element or chemical (can't remember which) that causes Alzheimer's and Dimentia, among other things. In moderation it could be OK, but not daily intake. I use Almond milk (sounds dumb, but it's actually pretty good) make sure you get it without soy content because there's both.
@Dr1Canuckchuck I was thinking of almond or even rice milk. I don't drink soy nearly enough. Only really with cereal and cooking, but I do find that it is still 100x better than milk anyways. hehe~!

@arienh4 Yes. May sound crazy but not. Watch the movie, "Food, Inc" and look into GMO crops. Some of us are trying to stop them but too many ignorant people don't pay attention to what they are doing and/or eating.

Yes, but it doesn't negate the fact that science has shown milk is not really good for you, and many MDs are now saying may actually even be bad for you. nor does it negate the inherent cruelty of the dairy industry (see the new Mercy for Animals investigation and many others), and not to mention the absolute filth and horror of a CAFO. I personally wouldn't eat any animal product, nor any GMOs. (Article, "Can the U.S. Go Organic Without Going Veg?"). Many many reasons to avoid milk for me!

@StopMakingUsSick you can buy organic and it''s becoming very popular, where I live cows don't get any of this stuff and our local milk and beef is all natural. If you start buying organic and boycot GMO crops they will be forced to stop it. When it comes to grains most of GMOs are mostly hybrids of different types of wheat or corn crossed so they would get stronger strain and more bug resistant. Grains in different parts of world are different.
