you suppose to learn first how to do this technique and after that do it alone, without listening any voice and watching any video. but yes, for the beginning do it watching the video to understand what you have to do. actually this video contain so many ''unnecessary'' information and you can't do it properly. but for the beginning is really necessary. what u have to do is simply. find a quiet place and be focus on your breath. observe but do not control. whatever is happening in your mind

I feel very relaxed and fairly happy now. But, the woman sugjests taht right now in the present no matter whats going on is the best place to be. My only problem with that is what if your currently on fire and your skin is melting away. Is taht really the peaceful place you want to be?
i think what she is trying to say is that we need to be in the present, not dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. We should be focused on the world around us NOW. If you were on fire you would not be worrying about the future or dwelling on how (in the past) you caught on fire. You'd be worrying about what can i do NOW to save myself.
ESPECIALLY if you're on fire, you better focus on the present moment if you want to do something about it. It's definitely NOT the time to be thinking of past problems or future worries, when you're on fire...
this is quite effective even for just ten minutes, it makes me start to relax just listening to it. I guess the good audio quality makes a lot of difference.thanks for the upload. hoping for more videos of the same quality or better. more power.

Yes i were calm and relax after a few session.
Meditation/Mindfullniss goas deeper that can you learn how negatives thought to turn in positives thoughts.
After a few exercise my stress felt away.
The couple of few days i go only to do meditation exercises!
