pssst: to anybody watching this video the Freeman (read freeloader) legal advice is entirely wrong and should not be used as a basis for dodging tax. British courts do not operate under admiralty law (one of the more strange and funny Freeman ideas) and common law does not have president over parliamentary law. Basically parliament has the power to enforce regardless of our consent...but if you want to try it time spent in prison for contempt of court can be constructively spent avoiding showers
if you really want to end corruption then when someone is abusing the power granted to them by the public they should be shot in the face on site pretty soon shit like this will slow down might even stop.
@rmclark83 i think we should just remove an eye, then you'll be able to identify them in public, and you can be damn sure they won't ever do it again.
(a)take or attempt to take in any court any photograph, or with a view to publication make or attempt to make in any court any portrait or sketch, of any person, being a judge of the court or a juror or a witness in or a party to any proceedings before the court, whether civil or criminal; or.
@shahideurope it is true that what you say is illegal, but does not break common law. You are so brainwashed by even watching this video you still believe in being enslaved. You have to consent to an act to have any jurisdiction over you. Think about it just a wee bit, when people stand up in court for our unalienable rights and prove the theives wrong (judges, magistrates, etc), by of course they woudn't want it to be proven to anyone else now would they. It is living proof of corruption.
@SoDrigh I do consent to be governed by this jurisdiction. The UK is not a common law country. We stopped being a common law country a long time when we invented something called 'statute'. Almost all our laws on almost every serious issues is made by Parliament not by what you describe as common law.
@SoDrigh Some areas of the law are still largely common law e.g. contract, principles of criminal law and tort. Most law is based on statute. The courts uphold the statute, if statute conflicts with common law, statute prevails.
@Weimar1924 You definetly made a mistake, statute trumps common law. You sir are mistaken. And statutes are based on collecting funds for government spending.Eg on your statute trumps common law mentality. A car filled with cocaine was pulled over from a cop, why, because they were black and playing rap music. He searched their car and arrested them. Come trial time, officer infringed on their right to be free from unreasonable search. Probable cause is needed, being black is not.Case dismissed.

@peacefree1 in Orwellian double speak your handle reads warslave. How appropriate and you have the audacity to criticise someone standing up to a corrupt system. Shame on you.

@shahideurope that says photograph, portrait or sketch. It says nothing about video

@Vinny0151 you're taking a literal approach, that's not how the law is interpreted.

So the man is in court for not paying his council tax? And people are not legally obliged to pay council tax? Nice
