  • lose all the fat you want, gain all the muscle you want...but you're ugly as FUCK....nothing you can do about that

  • @dhide14 Everyone's entitled to their own opinion... now get the hell off my channel unless you're going to stop focusing on guys looks and start focusing on lifting.

  • i lost 43 pounds in 2 months

  • How big are your arms when flexed ?

  • @Greensfly

    Around 16 inches

  • @nathanstrength

look more like 14.. how tall are you?

  • Not only your calorie intake be less but you need to be eating clean calories. Like steamed veggies, fresh fruits(that is where you ge tthe best sugar), tuna fish, grilled chicken. Abs are made in the Kitchen. Aslo weight loss is 80% Nutrition and 20% Exercise. I had just finished a round of P90X and I changed my eating habits. I have lost 82lbs so far. Now I am doing Insanity. Good luck to you

  • one problem.. how do i know how much calories am i burning in my cardio? :P

  • @pivoterkiller

    Not too sure man :/

  • @pivoterkiller You can go to any Sports store and buy a HR Monitor and a lot of them have a colrie counter on them. It is a good tool to use. Of course it might not be percisely accurate but it is in a close ball park figure

  • @pivoterkiller you can get one at a sporting goods store. They are usually part of some HR Monitors

  • Ok, straight guy here asking you a perfectly straight question. Have you ever thought of becoming a professional model? Because you have perfect facial bone structure, I personally went to a local agency myself and they turned me down simply because of my pure facial Asian bone structure (ie. lack of nosebridge, weak browline etc.)

  • @johannes1212

I wouldn't say perfect bone structure haha. But I've thought about it, but at the moment I don't think I would because I'm not passionate about it. I'm more into nutrition and lifting. Maybe I'll reconsider in the future.

  • @nathanstrength Lol well just so you know, agencies go nuts for mixed breed models, half Asians are all the rage nowadays

  • he lost 27 pounds of muscle, not fat lol

  • @damagicmaker13

nah he for sure lost quite a bit of fat... I'd guess 10 lbs of muscle and 17 lbs of fat (his BF% decreased so he had to have lost some fat)

  • @nathanstrength not possible, sugar is fat. therefore he might have even gained fat. or maybe he's just lying about the whole thing

  • @damagicmaker13

Bro, you're spewing a lot of bull there. Watch where you get your info. I could eat a diet of pure sugar and still lose fat. Sugar and carbohydrates are a big reason why we're having this obesity epidemic in America, but it's not as simple as sugar instantly becomes fat. I'll post videos in the future explaining the science behind it: insulin, fat storage, macronutrients etc.

  • how is it possible to put on a quarter of an inch, in a few days..

  • @disneymusiccc

Most of it is probably the initial water intake from creatine... but I'm hoping some of it is muscle!

  • Obviously there are way more effective ways to bulk or to cut. This professor just wanted to create some media hype whateverness, to show that it is not impossible to get 'healthier' on a short term. Ofcourse you can eat junk food if y'd like to, but if I'd choose to cut/bulk why not go for it for the full 100% and guide yourself with the most effective way there is? This prof's initial intention wasn't to lose weight, it was to get some attention.

  • @RomanThatsMe i agree .

Yeah for sure. I think he was just trying to communicate the fact that we need to have a caloric deficit. So many people are all into whole grain breads, salads, and low fat yogurts, but it doesn't matter how "healthy" their food choices are - if they're not in a deficit they won't lose weight.

  • Beans, bacon salt & cheese, YES!

  • "It's day 13 and I feel like crap right now." rofl. I read somewhere that the more you train, the more your body wants to resist the change. Guess it's true. I've also been feeling like crap more and more after working out and I just think, "The pain and feeling like shit is weakness leaving the body." Congrats on the arms.

  • i wouldnt mind a bowl of beans
