I stumbled on the sound technology already in America used in thin seethru plastic sheets that can be installed over the screen of your television. It's a new product so I'm not sure it's out yet. Crazy tho.

cool that it's thin and flexible, but a speaker relies on vibration and strength of the magnet. How's the frequency response / sound quality? How loud can it go? Hows the bass quality (is a sub required?)? More info would be great, so we can see how practical it is to actually USE this technology

I say, not fake. I want every wall in one room including the ceiling covered in this Speaker Paper, with subs in each corner to cover the low end. TRUE surround sound. And then movie theaters do something similar , putting this on all their walls, their ceilings, behind the screen, then replacing all the existing speakers with Subs. Even better, they put this UNDER the protection of the carpeting, and crank the volume to provide sound from UNDERNEATH too! Wow, I'm showing my geek flag here huh?
