He never looked inside the commode tank where the flush valve and flapper are nor did he make an effort to noticed the water level inside the tank. I hope people understand the videos this guy puts don't even cover the basics of a home inspection, these videos appear to be self promotion only. Expect a %100 more from any home inspector you may hire than what is exhibited in this video.
